Mortise, Handle durability Test

The strength of the door lock and the stability of the handle are tested with rigorous standards.

Test items our standards KS/KC safety standards
Deadbolt push 1,764N 1,470N
lateral pressure 2,941N 2,451N
Handle tensile load It should withstand the force of 2,696 N working normally and should be able to withstand the opening force from outside up to 5,000 N even if it is deformed or damaged. It should withstand the force of 2,451 N working normally and should be able to withstand the opening force from outside up to 5,000 N even if it is deformed or damaged.

High Temperature∙Humidity Test / Low Temperature Test

In consideration of the user's various environments (high temperature, high humidity, low temperature), tests are conducted to ensure that the product does work normally in those various user environments.

Test items our standards KS/KC safety standards
high temperature When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at 80±2°C, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature. When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at 70±2°C, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature.
high humidity When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at the temperature 70±3°c / humidity 95%+2/-3, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature. When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at the temperature 60±3°c / humidity 95%+2/-3, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature.
low temperature When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at -30±2°C, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature When taking it out after exposure for 48 hours at -25±2°C, it should start working normally within 5 minutes at room temperature

Salt Water Spray Test

In consideration of the user's various environments (seaside, and other salts), tests are conducted to ensure that the product does work normally in those various user environments.

Test items standards
Salt concentration 5%±0.5%
Chamber temperature 35°c±2°c
Spray pressure 1.02 ~ 2.24 kg/cm²
Spray volume 1.0 ~ 2.0㎖ / 80 cm²/hr
Test time 72hr

Electric Shock Test

Tests are conducted with strict numerical values using a circuit that does not allow for the door opening by static electricity and electric shock.

Test items our standards KS/KC safety standards
Static electricity test Repeating discharges 20 times per second in operation (at least 20 times of single discharge) 1 metal part-contact ±8.8 kV 1 non-metallic part – non-contact ±16.6 kV There should be no malfunction or loss of function in the tests for certifications. Repeating discharges 20 times per second in operation (at least 10 times of single discharge) 1 metal part-contact ±8 kV 1 non-metallic part – non-contact ±15 kV There should be no malfunction or loss of function in the tests for certifications.
Electric shock test 200 times (20 seconds) continuously at 10Hz cycle in the outside device of the product while the door is in a locked state 3 metal part-contact ±27.5 kV 3 non-metallic part – non-contact ±33 kV There should be no locking release in the tests for certifications. 200 times (20 seconds) continuously at 10Hz cycle in the outside device of the product while the door is in a locked state 3 metal part-contact ±25 kV 3 non-metallic part – non-contact ±30 kV There should be no locking release in the tests for certifications.

External Impact Test

In preparation for mechanical and physical shocks from the outside, drop and external strength tests are conducted.

Test items our standards KS/KC safety standards
Drop test There should be no problem in the function of the product after applying impact to the outer surface by free-falling from a height of 1.3m with a 540g steel ball. There should be no problem in the function of the product after applying impact to the outer surface by free-falling from a height of 1.3m with a 540g steel ball.
